Are you relocating to Tyler, Bullard, Whitehouse, Lindale, Mineola, Canton, Flint, Arp, Ben Wheeler, Berryville, Chandler, Chapel Hill, Coffee City, Edom, Frankston, Gresham, Hide-A-Way, Noonday, Owentown, Troup and Winona?  I provide Home Inspection Services (also known as a real estate inspection or property inspection) in these East Texas cities and all points in between.

Credentials

Upon receiving more than 450 hours of training in Home Inspection from Texas A&M-Commerce, I was tested and licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) as a Professional Inspector (#9199). Being a licensed real estate inspector by TREC means that I must adhere to certain minimum standards of practice.  Each inspection I complete exceeds these minimum standards that TREC has established for home inspectors.  

Besides having a Bachelor's Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, I have over 15 years experience in home construction, remodeling and handyman work as well as being a 21-year veteran of the Dallas Fire Department.  The latter has given me great insight as to what occurs to a home when all of its systems are under attack.  As such, I am continually examining homes with an "eye" for fire safety.

I am a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, Independent Home Inspectors of North America, and the Greater Tyler Association of Realtors
