Experience
I have originated loans since 2002, have management experience in both sales and operations. I have underwriting experience on the wholesale side of the business as well. I am available nights and weekends as my cell phone is on all day and most of the night. I am personable, knowledgable and will help every step of the way. I make your clients feel at ease during the process.
Areas of Expertise
I consider myself very well versed in all areas of the home buying/refinancing process. I have management experience in sales as well as operations so I can see potential issues before they arise and know how to solve them quickly. I have closed million dollar loans and $50,000 loans, treating both equally. I do enjoy helping people into their first home, remembering the terrible experience I had with my first purchase. I don't want people to go through what I did. In the same sense, I enjoy helping people refinance to lower monthly payments, take care of debt, etc. My area of expertise IS the mortgage business itself.
