About Us:

When I was young woman (Tayona) buying my first home I was once told by a lender , I could not  own  a home in the golf course community  where I desired so much to live. In his words "Did not suit me" and that maybe I should look at a something in a lower to moderate income area. I went home, I cried, and almost gave up. Then I thought about it,what I concluded was to get a second opinion and what happened next was great! The new lender told me not only could I have the home I wanted but it was a lower monthly payment than what the first guy told me. "I got my home"!
I got my license and vowed from that day forward  to help any and everyone obtain the hope of homeownership. It's not "Rocket Science" it's the "American Dream" and whatever it takes I will do my best to make it a reality!
