When my wife and I decided to start looking for our first home a good friend of ours recommended Bryan Lima as an agent. We gave him a call and he was very friendly and knowledgeable, so we decided to work with him.  We saw quite a few places until, finally, we fell in love with a beautiful, completely renovated, colonial-s...tyle, single family home in Bloomfield NJ.  This particular home was only on the market for a week and had received 4 bids already.  Needless to say, we were not about to get our hopes up, but we decided to put in a bid.  The next day Bryan calls me up and suggests we send a cover letter with the bid.  I thought it was a great idea! He wrote it up for us and I approved it.... 3 days later he gives me a call and tells me we got the house! The funny thing was all the bids were the same amount.  The only difference was we were putting a little more down and the cover letter.  Writing that letter made all the difference and Bryan is the kind of agent you want in your corner in a situation like that. He is a great agent and has become a good friend as well.
