HUD homes are available again! For while there were very few to be had because appreciation was so high and many people weren't using FHA financing.  Now that values are down more are becoming available.  Also, with lending restrictions so tight right now I forsee HUD homes as becoming a great option in the next 2-5 years.

Sign up to receive 1-Free Comparable Market Analysis Kit.  You get 1-kit per year for free that includes neighborhood information, statistics, and of course a range of current values for your area. Each subsequent year after the first I will provide you with a graph to see where your values are compared to previous years. Do you want more than 1-per year?
