Beth Boles-Terminella has been selling real estate in Ellis County for almost 10 years. Beth has received her GRI designation and her CNHS designation. She has received various awards such as being voted the REALTOR of the year for 2006 and 2007. Beth has served the Ellis Hill Association of REALTORS as President in 2007, Government Affairs chairperson, and served on the TREPAC committee. Currently Beth is serving as a director for the Ellis Hill Association of Realtors and Chairing the Government Affairs Committee.
Leslie Armstrong is a new agent, who received her license in June 2009. Leslie has been a licensed insurance agent since 1988. Leslie's family owns multiple insurance offices in Ellis & Tarrant counties. To go a little further into her past she was the owner of Sixpence Fine Children's Apparel in downtown Waxahachie from 1988-1994. After returning back to Waxahachie in July 2007, Leslie has been involved in rehabbing distressed properties in and around Ellis County. Currently Leslie is serving as a director for the Ellis Hill Association of Realtors and serves on the Community Service Committee.
