About Me:

I have been selling Real Estate since 1991 and have been an Award Winning Top Producer for Century 21 Palmieri for the past 5 years.  I recently won the Centurian Award for 2005 with Century 21, which is one of their highest awards for the most sales.  I have also gotten my Brokers License, which was one of my goals to succeed even further in my profession.  My basis is mostly from referrals of my past clients who feel they can trust me to their friends and relatives.   I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and also the California Association of Realtors. 

My husband George, who also has a Real Estate License, assists me with my clients to insure that my clients will get the best service.  He also specializes in land and commercial.  We are able to work the Santa Clarita and San Fernando Areas as well as the Antelope Valley to meet all of our clients needs.  

We are referred with confidence by past Clients and Realtors nationwide.  Knowing the market and supporting you in your decision process is the main focus of our service to you.

Areas of Expertise

The Santa Clarita Valley, The San Fernando Valley, the Antelope Valley and surrounding Areas! 

 Since we live in Acton, we are very familiar with ranches and equestrian estates in the surrounding area and Agua Dulce.  Buying in these areas requires knowledge of the water situations, since a high percentage are on wells.  Also, all the homes have septic systems, since we do not have a sewer system in place in either area.  The disclosures are quite different and more extensive in these areas than in the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley
