Dear Bill,
After closing on our house yesterday, I realize what a pleasure it's been working with you. From the first phone call,
which you answered promptly. Together we researched houses and locations to meet what we considered the perfect
Florida home.
At the last minute I decided to look at five more houses in the developement we had zeroed in on. This was a Saturday
night. Sunday morning you arranged all the showings, even though it was difficult to reach the listing realtors on such short notice, and on a Sunday. The showings went smoothly, and we eventually bought one of these homes.
Again, thanks to your negotiations skills, the price was the best possible we could have expected. Thanks so much for all
