About Us:
My focus is on my customers and clients needs. I begin by learning about your unique circumstance. What is your motivation for either selling your home or buying a new one. Until I can identify your goals, I'm unable to help you achieve them.
My degrees were in Criminal Justice and Psychology. I spent over 15 years as a detective paying attention to details. Later, as a corporate manager and executive of a motel chain, I learned the value of paying attention to the details. I've spent the past 20 years studying marketing and understand motivation.
When I know a buyer or seller's needs and desires, I'm then able to create a plan to get to achieve their goals.
I believe that listening, analyzing, planning and tenaciously carrying out the plan is what sets me apart from other agents. I'll keep you informed at each step of the plan. You can be certain that you and your success are my only interest!
Finally, I'm a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the Pinellas Realtor Organization.
