About Us:
I have been a Realtor assisting clients and guiding transactions since 1984. I have seen many changes in our industry over the years and know how to read the trends - an invaluable asset to a buyer or seller. I cannot count how many agents I have trained over the years! I have enormous experience in reading people and knowing just when and how to intervene on their behalf in order to obtain satisfaction during - and especially at the completion of a transaction. Most if not all of my business, is by referral. I am particularly suited to working with people of various cultures and am not hindered by accented language. I would say that I thrive on it! In addition to my Real Estate business, I also created the Home Inspection Industry in 1984. I owned the company for 15 years and have a solid foundation in this area as well. Above all else, I am patient and my ultimate goal is the mutual satisfaction of the parties concerned.
Areas of Expertise
As you can well imagine, a career spanning over two decades encompasses every aspect of Real Estate with regards to experience. I was the first agent in the Sacramento Region to believe in the luxury home market as viable. Against all protestation of colleagues, I successfully brought 'the Street of Dreams' here in the 1980's...and the rest as you say - is history. I suppose that I have the greatest satisfaction in the executive and luxury markets as I am an architecture and design buff, however it is rewarding to help a client achieve their real estate goal at any level. I have worked successfully with international buyers of many cultures. I am sensitive to their traditions and styles of bargaining and negotiation - it really is a niche of mine. I myself am multi lingual and multi cultural and enjoy building these relationships.
