Florida has yet to adopt licensing standards that would raise the experience and educational requirements of the typical home inspector to that of other well respected credentialed professionals. I have spent all of my life involved in the field of construction and project management, from working with my hands to managing multi-million dollar projects including schools, hospitals and skyscrapers, it is very doubtful that you will find a more qualified full-time home inspector in the Greater Tampa Bay area.
