As a Virginia Beach native, Nancy knows Hampton Roads! She brings her clients the unique combination of business savvy and southern hospitality! Nancy is recognized as a GRI and ASP Realtor.

About Us:

I was born and raised in Virginia Beach and Norfolk before I spent ten years in North Carolina and another twenty in southern California.  I was also a Realtor in those states and have a true passion for working with people in helping make one of the most important decisions of their lives come true!  As a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) I bring a bounty of knowledge into play along with my philosophy of embracing southern hospitality!  With a background in art and design, I am also an ASP Realtor (Accredited Staging Professional).  This allows me to help my clients stage their homes for maximum sales potential in a timely manner.  This is especially important in today's competitive market!  I have been recognized as a Top Sales and Top Listing Agent for Long & Foster's Ocean Front office.  In 2007 I was honored to receive Long & Foster's Outstanding Service Award and an HRRA Circle of Excellence Award.

My life has been blessed with two children, a son completing his degree in finance at UNCW, and a daughter who is an artist in New York.   I was an elementary art teacher for many years while my children were growing up, and have been the author of two published childrens' art books!

I strive to build my business around referrals.  My goals are to make each real estate transaction smooth and to be worthy of the trust my clients place in my integrity.

Areas of Expertise

Residential real estate is my speciality!  I live and work at the Ocean Front in Virginia Beach and can often be found riding my bike on the Boardwalk.  As an area native, I bring my clients knowledge of the area, as well as the wonderful benefits to residing in this great city.  I love to work with first time buyers and take special joy in helping people find their very first home.  My goal is to build a relationship with my clients that will take us on this journey together, whether looking to expand as your family grows, or to downsize when that door opens.  I adore relocation clients as it gives me the opportunity to introduce them to the varied cultural, culinary, geographical, and historical delights of this unique area.
