My wife and I recently sold our home to Bullfrog Properties. We had the pleasure of dealing with Jeremy Butts throughout the transaction.

We found him to be professional, courteous and straightforward in all his dealings with us. All points negotiated with Mr. Butts were handled by him in timely manner, and he always kept us "in the loop" of information regarding financing, paperwork, etc.

We had called several other companies that advertise to "buy any home" and were frankly quite displeased when the promised phone calls were not returned. This made all the more impression when Mr. Butts called back promptly and went right to work on our deal. In the end, our home was resold by Bullfrog properties in about eight weeks, (and we received another payment) for our full price.

In real estate dealing with foreclosures can be a nightmare. Bullfrog Properties made the process very workable. Their diligence to continue to work on the process to get to closing was admirable.
