Proud to say going the extra mile for my clients is part of the normal service they can expect.  As a true Exclusive Buyers Agent, I take the time to research the properties my client may be interested in.  I do much of this through court house records and other public sources.  I believe the more I educate the buyer the easier it is for them to make an informed decision. I feel I act as a true consumer advocate for the buyers or as we say, we represent people not property.  But finding the home and in many cases the sellers motivation is easy, I also work very close with my clients through out the whole transaction.  From contract to settlement I'm there. With this knowledge they can properly instruct their home inspector as to any concerns they may have. Knowledge is power.
