I am very passionate about my career as a buyers broker and I find an immense satisfaction in negotiating the best price and terms for my clients. Covering areas North of Boston up to the NH border.

I am a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and hold many other designations in buyer agency, including fee for service. I served as secretary for the North Shore Association of Realtors for 2 years and remained as a director. I teach buyer agency for Keller Williams and my local association.  My present committee involvement consists of Member Services chair, Professional Standards Committee & Grievance and Business Planning. I am a member of the Kiwanis Club of Beverly which serves children and the community.

I have represented only homebuyers for over 20 years.  I am very buyer-biased in my approach  focusing on the particular needs whether it be the first timer, repeat buyer or investor. I work on my clients behalf throughout the homebuying process. Relocation is also a specialty.  I have very strong negotiating skills and I save the buyer not only money, but also time. Integrity is very important part of who I am.

I received my Instructor Training Certification in 2011 and teach my course entitled Working with Buyer Clients.  I can now offer CE's for the Buyer Agency module RE02R06.  Contact me for future course dates.
