I utilize my skills, talent, experience and excitement to help drive real estate agents and teams to higher levels. My background is in real estate and leadership, and my real estate teams were 2nd highest in production in 2004 and 2006 in my branch at one of the top real estate firms in the nation. In 2005 I stepped into a management position and trained their top-producing rookie. That agent made over six figures his first year in the business on a 50/50 split. In 2007 I set out to open a brokerage with two partners and oversaw everything from the ground up including the build-out, the technology, the administration staff, our marketing campaign, along with attracting, training and coaching agents. We were able to accomplish a lot in a very short time in one of the toughest real estate markets in history. In August 2008 Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas offered me my dream position as a full time real estate coach. Through accountability, motivation, education and fun we are growing some great business owners, thriving in a volitale market and working our tails off!
I overcame a lot of adversity in my early years of real estate. I tried a lot of methods to get successful and feel that with that experience I can help anyone, that is willing, to navigate a successful career by guiding them to stay within their personal vision. It's not always an easy process, however it is my passion and I maintain a sphere of almost 200 licensees from which I coach and network.
I live a very fulfilled life as a wife and mother, practicing in a profession with unlimited potential for people-and not just for agents, most importantly for our clients. Being able to help agents help clients to achieve the American Dream is incredibly rewarding.
