So...Who is "Ants"?
Known to many as "Mike" or "Michael" (it's a long story), I'm a rare Denver-native of 45 years and a sixth-generation Coloradoan; raised in a single-parent household and born in the Denver metro area, I grew up in the culturally-diverse neighborhood in Northwest Denver just blocks away from Rocky Mountain Park. I attended St. Catherine of Siena, Skinner Middle, Denver North High and Regis University.  Today, I work, reside and volunteer as a YMCA coach in the Arvada area.  I am married to a wonderful woman (21yrs) and blessed with two intelligent children.

"I highly recommend anyone looking for a realtor to contact Anthony Rael.  Anthony was exactly what I was looking for in a Realtor!!  I was very nervous about buying a house, but the nervousness was alleviated when we met Anthony.  He was patient, knowledgeable and informative, very personable and very organized.  We had some real time constraints and needed to get through a lot of houses in a short time.  He was able to give us many listings via email and in person of houses within our price range and our specifications.  Anthony was more than willing to arrange times for us to visit the houses and revisit the ones we were interested in possibly purchasing.  We didn't feel rushed or pressured at any time and Anthony was always available!!

In addition, after having issues with our selected lender, we called Anthony and told him of our situation and he was able to recommend an outstanding lender that was able to get us the house we wanted.

There was never any pressure from Anthony towards us selecting one house over another, and we never felt rushed to make any decisions beyond our own time constraints.    We also feel that we got the house for a fair price and got the extras that we wanted included in the purchase and that was all thanks to his expertise and more importantly his genuine concern for us not to pay too much.  I would not buy another house in the area without calling Anthony first.  Anthony was a true professional and I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!"
