About Steve:
I am the Regional Vice President of Maryland for First County Mortgage, LLC. Of course I work with home buyers and home owners for their purchase and refinancing needs. Beyond that, I am a listing lender. I help my inventory holding partners such as builders, Realtors, FSBO's and institutional REIT's to market and sell their homes utilizing strategic financing to enhance a properties value and affordability to a perspective home buyer. I am looking to expand our organization with select, top-quality loan originators here in Maryland.
Why Steve?
Philosophy: We have very competitive rates. And, I see my role different than a traditional Loan Officer. I'm a mortgage planner and advisor. And, I help my clients successfully manage their home equity to increase liquidity, safety, rate of return, and tax deductions. And, unlike a traditional loan officer, my role is to help you integrate the loan that you select into your overall long and short term financial investment plan to minimize taxes, improve cash flow and minimize interest expense.
Strategic Equity Management: One of the largest assets on a family's balance sheet is their home. We've discovered many people mismanage the equity in their home. They have goals to try and pay off their home the smartest, quickest way possible, but many go about it the wrong way.
