It's All About YOU
Why should a buyer or seller want or work with me? In my opinion and quite possibly others (see my testimonials on newdoorkeys.com).
My work ethic is tireless. I began my work career as a banker during and after college. My jobs included everything from teller to collections, lending, etc. and finally to Branch Manager. Excellent customer service was and I believe still is the number one main asset I have to offer. Yes, I had a private education and earned a college degree. But when it comes right down to attracting and keeping clients, it was my ability to take care of the client. Listening to your needs, guiding you through the process, trying to look into the future when it involves property values. And working at it full time seems to work for me. And guess what, I will call you back!
Enough to be Dangerous
In my area of the real estate market--how's that saying go?, I know enough about everything to be dangerous. Literally I need to know something about everything. I work largely with residential buyers and sellers of all price ranges. But I have sold lake frontage, river frontage, farms, vacant land and commercial. Muskingum county has many areas that are rural, so there are many farms. We also have two rivers that meet in the heart of the city at the Y-Bridge. The Muskingum and Licking Rivers. There are two main historical areas- Woodlawn or Putnam and McIntire Terrace. Our average sales price has fluctuated from $125,000 to 106,000 in recent years. Check us out at www.visitzanesville.com.
