I am the founder of By Design Publishing and ByDesignPrint.com. I have been an entrepreneur and marketing specialist for the past 15 years. By Design Publishing is the founding company for Home By Design magazine, Your Home & Lifestyle magazine and Life By Design magazine. Additionally, we offer free products for the real estate industry including ByDesignTV.tv and FreeRealEstateMailings.com.

I am also the founder and owner of Digital Print & Mail. Digital Print & Mail is an on-demand print company that offers business cards, postcards, greeting cards, flyers, brochures, etc. What makes Digital Print & Mail different is that we will do single piece runs!

I have been a direct marketing expert an coinded the term "Personalized, Custom Publishing." In 2001, I started By Design Publishing with the goal of creating Personalized, Custom magazines for the real estate industry. A personalized, custom magazine is a custom magazine that we create for our clients as a gift of value.

My philosophy was that there are too many companies promoting direct mail that is all about "buy now" or "sell now" and no one was using the power of direct mail to build relationships so that people will automatically chose you when they needed your type of product or services. We create magazines that have tremendous value to both the recipient and the sender. We personalized the 4-page cover of our magazines to represent our client and their business. Most of our clients are real estate agents, mortgage lenders, insurance agents and many others. The content of the magazine is all unique content that we create in-house. We do not buy any content. We have editors on staff who plan our editorial calendars and build our beautful magazines. Then, we personalize the cover for our client and mail it directly, on their behalf, to their clients, prospects and spheres.
