The Briarwood house did not work out--thank you. The stucco estimates were both in excess of $20K, and the French Drain another $7.5K--add to that all the other work that needed doing and I just bailed. You may get to do an inspection out there yet again.

However, I do need you to do an inspection on another house I have made a bid on.
