About Us:
About me: I have lived in NY State on and off since 1988. Previously, I lived in too many states, towns and different homes to count. My childhood went too fast...trying to start relive it now. Growing up as the 5th child, in the Military, was certainly interesting. A great traveling experience and a thurst for more.
After settling in NY, I married a native New Yorker, and I am raising a family here in Dutchess County. Life in Dutchess has been very nice, it's a wonderful place. And a great place to raise our children. I longed to work in Real Estate since we bought our first home in Beacon, in 1995. I started to learn more about the profession, and about the home market year after year. I have loved every aspect of working in home sales, it can be a very rewarding experience for everyone involved...there is so much learn every day, when you keep your heart and your mind open. It's a humbling experience!
What makes me different as a Realtor? I truly care about my work. In working with buyers or sellers, it's the same. I love my work in home presentations...from taking better quality photographs, creating a 30, 60 or 90 "showcase" virtual tour, video, flyer & slideshow. And my job is to market, market, market my list properties to bring in qualified buyers...I am doing a fabulous job, If I can say so, myself!

About my Company: Century 21 Country Bumpkin has been operating over 60 years in Dutchess, one of the longest running offices in Dutchess County. I am just bragging when I say that. I love my office for many reasons. This sounds corney, but I feel our name is a national treasure. Our people are another! One of our unique qualities, is that we have al live person answering the phone, instead of an answering machine. I can't tell you how annoying it is to try to reach an Agent, who just isn't available to other offices or to their clients. I just don't opperate that way. I am here for my clients 24/7! Another nice feature, our office is open later at night to better serve our clients. I guess you could say, I feel we are one of the hardest working offices.
Areas of Expertise
What I enjoy most about working in Real Estate is meeting interesting people, and being a part of a new exciting change in their lives. Working with a client to the end of their home sale or purchase is the most rewarding experience. I also have to admit I am a "House Junkie", I love finding rare homes & gardens, which often gives me inspiration in shaping my landscape and home's character.
Buyers: I really enjoy working with Buyers, I have met so many wonderful people! It is something that brightens my day, when I think about my professional work, there is always a happy memory, I can associate with "work". I offer my clients my complete attention. My goal is to help clients enjoy their Real Estate experience, by using educated professionals through out the transaction process, which helps eliminate much of the stress.
Sellers: I love creating works of art when I work as a Listing Agent, I am a quality control agent, who creates a master piece when profiling a home's greatest assets. I am a perfectionist when it comes to the end result. I can honestly say I work harder than most others do, for their listings. I literally take upwards of 200 photos of my listings, spend hours editing and perfecting the quality of the photos I submit to my "showcase" virtual tour. I am not your standard, 8-15 dark photo agent. I take care to produce high quality listings.
My advertising experience, gives me a marketing advantage. While I can't divulge my secrets, I can say, it's all about reaching your target market. And using the tools available, using them often and well! I advertise my listings to sell, and gain my owners freedom from worry and aggravation.
