I met Royan at a home buying workshop. He was very friendly and polite. We talk about  the type of house I wanted  to buy, number of bed rooms, baths, neighborhood, but as a first time homebuyer I did not know where to start. Royan guide me through the process. First he found me a loan officer who was very professional in getting me a mortgage I could afford. Royan took me to several houses both new and old until I found the house I fell in love with. Today I am very happy with my house. Royan call many time to see how things are going.
