Peter Arvanitis - Peter has worked for Century 21 for over 15 years and has over 27 years of building, subdividing and developing experience. Peter has lived in Epsom, NH for the past 18 years. He is a past, long-standing member of the Epsom Planning Board, past Zoning Board Member, and currently a coach for a U10 Boys Soccer Team and assistant coach of a U14 Girls Soccer Team.  Peter has a degree in Marketing and Advertising and is a graduate of the Real Estate Appraisal Institute of Chicago. Peter has worked hard to know the real estate market and realizes that knowledge is the key to success. Cherylann Arvanitis - Cherylann has been with the Century 21 Thompson family for over 5 years and brings with her strong real estate knowledge. Cherylann has her BS degree in Office Management, is a Certified New Home Specialist, and has completed Marketing coursework in the Master Degree program.  Living in the Epsom, NH area and being active in local organizations, Cherylann has worked hard to know the market. She is currently a Trustee of the Epsom Public Library and past-President and current member of the Friends of the Epsom Library, an active member of the Library Capital Campaign Committee, Epsom Central School volunteer, and past Epsom Planning Board Secretary.
