I am a home owner, and real estate investor. I live in Gardner, Kansas, and believe a lot in sweat equity.

About Us:

My wife and I live in Gardner, KS.  We have three wonderful kids that we love dearly.  We have been married for 5 years now.  We are members at a nearby church that we love, and are atively involved in.  We have a dog named Chloe that is a rat terrior/poodle mix.  She is black with long wiry hair.

Areas of Expertise

I am a Firefighter and own my own home.  I am currently working on finishing the basement and hoping to build equity in my home.  Maybe down the road I will be able to reinvest that in rental property, but for now that is just an ambition.  I added a family room, a bedroom/office, and 3/4 bath, and a laundry room, in my basement.  I hadn't ever tackled a project like this before and learned as I went, but I am almost to the point of being able to enjoy it now as I am close to finishing putting up the last of the drywall.
