About Us:

Hello, I am Brandon Fairbanks, the Broker and owner of Montecino & Associate.

It is my pleasure to present to you our real estate team, The Fairbanks Group.  I am very proud of our team and the qualities that each member adds to our company.

 

I believe the real estate market is changing and requires a team effort to provide our clients with the best service.

 

I am the Fairbanks Real Estate Group manager and involved with every client and every transaction. I oversee all contracts and assist with contract negotiation. It is my responsibility to keep our team and company on the forefront of technology and to assure that we change and keep up with the market and expectations of our clients.

The Fairbanks Real Estate Group was formed with our motto in mind, "Service From The Heart". A professor of Brandon's at Cal Poly once said, "what ever you do in life, always have the heart of a servant."

 

The real estate business is changing and is becoming more demanding and complicated. The ability of a single agent to handle every aspect of this business well is just about impossible. The internet marketing that is necessary in today's market is extremely specialized, the management of the escrows with the amount of required disclosures and paper work requires extreme detail, knowledge, and concentration.

Buyers are demanding complete competence from their Realtors on knowing the inventory and market conditions and sellers expect nothing but the best from their Realtors in marketing their properties correctly and protecting their best interests throughout the sales process.

 

To serve our clients needs in every aspect of the business we have formed our team. Consisting of five buyer and seller agents, a marketing manager, transaction manager, client care manager, and sales manager.

 

Rachelle Burton is our transaction manager, and is very well qualified with over 10 years of experience. Rachelle responsibilities include overseeing all the escrows, ensuring all the paperwork is completed correctly, keeping up to date with changes in the laws and forms, assist in scheduling reports, inspections and repairs, work closely with lenders and title officers, and sales agents.

 

Our client care manager has an important role. Her job is to place every lead into our team's follow up systems and keep up to date records of current and past clients. The Client Care manager has the very important role of ensuring client satisfaction.

 

We are very proud of our sales agents. Our company is an elite office to work for, therefore our agents are the most elite in the business. Honesty and integrity are everything! Our agents believe in our motto, "Service From The Heart", and it shows.

With our support systems in place our agents have more time to concentrate on finding homes for our buyers, this means bringing more buyers into your home. The lead systems in place allow our agents to follow up with leads quickly and our contact management systems allow us to stay in touch with these leads months into the future.

 

Marketing in the real estate business is very specialized and requires full time attention. The Fairbanks Real Estate Group marketing team uses state of the art technology and is constantly looking to expand our marketing program to better expose your property to the world.

2.Your property will be listed in the Fresno MLS with pictures and description as well, allowing all the Fresno area realtors access to your property.

3. All our listings will be uploaded onto Realtor.com and enhanced allowing viewer's detailed information along with photos and links to your properties visual tours.

4. All our listings will have their own visual tours giving prospective buyers a life-like view of your home or land. Visual tour then links your property to Yahoo classifieds and Global Realty Office, realtor.com, and homes.com

Our Number1expert websites brings us dozens of leads per week, allowing us the opportunity to e-mail and call every lead.

When our listings are entered into our Number1expert website they are              automatically sent to all of our leads generated from our website showing your property as a new listing.

6. We produce postcards advertising your property as just listed and the postcards are mailed to the 100 surrounding addresses.

7. We print custom colored brochures to place in the flyer box located on our for sale signs at your property.

8. All our homes are scheduled to be on caravan so every agent has a chance to preview your home.

9. We place ads in the local and Fresno newspapers advertising your home.

10. We advertise in the Home and Ranch magazine which is professionally produced and promoted throughout California as well as the Yosemite Gateway magazine.
