My area of expertise is residental. I can help you through all the steps of buying your first home, I will go to any lengths to answer any questions you may have and get you all the information you want or need about any given neighborhood. What kind of schools they have, shopping, dining and entertainment information etc. I have been to various first time buyer seminars and I am very experienced in helping first time buyers. I know from my own experience that a first time home purchase is a very scary time and I will be there for you from begining to end, I will answer any questions you have and make it less scary and more fun. After you buy your first home and you want to upgrade to a bigger home or even buy an investment home I will be there for you as well. My city of expertise is Fremont but I have good knowledge of Union City, Hayward and Milpitas as well.
