WELCOME to Polk County in Central Florida. I will be your guide. I have been involved in Polk County business, real estate and politics for twenty years. We are in a period of unprecedented growth as agricultural land owners are releasing land for development and the larger markets of Orlando and Tampa are expanding to meet in Polk County. My office is located in Auburndale - convenient to the development corridors of US Hwy 27 and Interstate 4. But my marketing presence will be where the buyers and sellers are: on the internet. What I do:
I have had a diverse range of training and experience since I became a real estate broker in Florida in 1982. I have had the benefit of up close and personal training and activity in fields of finance, technology, marketing, photography and construction. I am constantly amazed at the improved tools available to the real estate professional today and the benefits for the client that flow from the application of technology to our profession. We live in an information age where the ability to communicate effectively and informatively with clients and prospects anywhere in the world gives us the capability to provide complete and effective customer service in an efficient and cost effective manner. Both buyers and sellers can benefit from my ability to identify, document and present real time solutions to my client's and prospects' needs and solution criteria.
