About Me:

Born and raised in Cupertino California, attending Cupertino High School and De Anza College.  Where we grew up, we were next to an orchard, with rolling feilds of mustard grass and fox tails and a 4H.  That was right here in Cupertino, California...  Now home to Apple Computers and a hub of technology in Silicon Valley.

I started my career in the early 90's with Bank of America as a retail mortgage lender.  At one time, I closed 50 transactions in one month.  As the market changed, I had the desire to enter real estate sales, and joined a local regional brokerage.  About 10 years ago I joined Keller Williams as a team leader and stopped selling and took the leadership position. I now focus on training agents, adding talent and making sure that this is the best place to work, so that my awesome team stays with KW.

I am an approved national instructor with Keller Williams University, and log close to 450 hours of teaching per year.  Leading my team and teaching are my passions, and love the job I do daily.  In addition to teaching within KW, I have taught with the California Association of Realtors, Women's Council of Realtors, Foothill Junior College, Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, Cupertino High School and Bank of America.

I am currently the Team Leader and CEO of Keller Williams Realty in Cupertino California.  I have over 175 agents on my team, and love coming to work every day!

My main focus in to help educate Realtors to understanding what they need to do to reach the next level in their careers.  From their first deal to their 500th.  Withover 350 hours a year teaching to Real Estate Agents, there is nothing I have not seen that I can't help agents with.

Real Estate can't be reinvented, so I try to help agent stick with models and systems as opposed to winging it.  Only when you have mastered what it is you are focusing on, can you add creativity to achieve the next level.

Teaching Social Media
