During the initial consultatioin we will evaluate all parts of the home and property from the curb to the rooftop. Pictures are worth a thousand words and are a part of initial consultations. Then a detailed report is written up for presentation to the property owner. We look at clutter, color, furniture arrangement, what needs to be done to help the seller market his property to the best advantage.
The homeowner then has the choice of addressing issues from the written report himself or continuing to work with Camille Ann Designs to prepare the property for sale.
Professional photography is also an important aspect of marketing property. Having the right equipment and knowledge makes a huge difference in this day of having over 77% of buyers viewing property on the internet.
