A BIT ABOUT ME

I work in marketing and communications for Go Smart Solutions, the web solutions company that created ClassifiedFlyerAds.com. I believe that to be successful in today's market, you must find creative solutions, have fresh ideas, and be willing to get involved with others on a personal level. I am married (no kids yet) and live on California's beautiful Central Coast, where the weather and scenery are pretty close to perfect every day. I love ClassifiedFlyerAds! I love that you can print out your flyers from any computer, at any time - the flyers look great and they are a fantastic alternative to the basic black and white listing brief that most agents use to stuff their flyer boxes. It is impressive to prospective clients to see a full color flyer with all the pertinent information about the home, plus lots of photos. (It's also tremendously impressive to be able to give the seller a web address for their home.)

I love the tracking feature as well, that is a fantastic tool to show my clients that their home is being viewed & how often. Home sellers want to know that their property is getting exposure and your site/product makes my job easier by allowing me to list every property on multiple websites and then track the activity on some of those sites. The other advantage to your site is that I can easily control my listings through your interface. I can simply create the listings through your system and you automatically post them to various websites. I retain the ability to come back and change/update/edit those listings at any time and your system automatically sends the updates to the various directories..

I always try to find out how a prospect found me or one of my listings, and often I am told that they found the property through one of your flyers I created. It's nice to know when your advertising efforts are working and which ones are the most effective - I can attest to the fact that your site works!

As a broker in my office I do all of the training for the agents, and your site is one of the products/websites I recommend that every agent utilize.
