Alright, so maybe I am the only one who thinks my jokes are funny. My name is Candice Reinke - I am a lifelong resident of beautiful Port Orchard and have decided to make selling real estate in this fantastic town my day job (don't ask what I do at night, but yes, that WAS my face that you saw on SNL last weeknd - Just kidding!)
I chose to sell real estate because I have fun doing it. Yup. Fun. And I want you to have fun buying or selling it. To me, a successful transaction is one where both buyer and seller, and their respective agents, are able to come to a happy medium regarding the price and other negotiations regarding the sale of a home.
Instead of rambling on about my market share and my percentage ranking in my company, let me tell you what I can help you with: the sale of your home, including tips for when we go to market, staging, pricing, and your profits; buying a new home, whether it be a lavish equestrian property (one of my favorites) or your first home (my specialty is first time home buyers). I have taken the time to educate myself on our local market trends and conditions, so I can honestly say that I am a competent professional, but I like I said - buying and selling real estate is fun for me and it darn well better be fun for you too.

One of the best things I feel I can do to service your listing is writing a great MLS description. The descriptions written by me for your home will catch they eyes of buyers, but most importantly - they will stand out to agents. We agents spend a lot of time perusing the MLS for listings that match up with our buyers and trust me, when the headline of a listing says "SPUNKY NEIGHBORS SHOWER WITH BLINDS OPEN!" it catches our eye and we remember that listing from the day we see it on the MLS up until the point that it sells, which translates into more showings for you!

BUYERS
I am a lifelong equestrian - I have been involved with horses since I was six years old. I would love the opportunity to work with a buyer, seller, or real estate professional regarding equestrian (horse) properties.
