I am truly passionate about my profession, and the result is that nearly 100% of my business is by referral from satisfied clients, trusted financial advisors and the most experienced realtors in the region. My mission is to carefully guide clients through the entire home loan process, so that they feel confident as they make choices about the many options available for their financing strategy. With many years (over 18) and a wide range of experience in the mortgage industry, my team and I stand ready to assist each and every step of the way.

Franklin American Mortgage Company has experienced unprecedented growth in the past year (2008) and grew from the 21st to the 11th largest mortgage banker in the country. This in an environment where large and small banks and lenders were downsizing and being buffered by the challenges of a deep economic recession. FAMC experienced 51% growth from 4th Quarter 2007 to 4th Quarter 2008.
I am pleased to have been selected by Franklin American Mortgage Company to represent them in the Cape Cod and Southeastern Massachusetts markets. It is my mission to serve the residents and businesses in my area with the same vision and values that have guided Franklin American to the position that they have earned in the mortgage lending industry. It is our mission to provide our customers and business partners with an "old school" approach to business with new age forward thinking in technological areas. We offer a broad range of conservative products with consistently competitive prices and support this initiative with unparalleled service. We are also commited to supporting the character and integrity of the mortgage banking industry that is the foundation for which we work and provide for our families.
My three main areas of expertise are purchase mortgage lending, residential mortgage refinancing and Reverse Mortgages for senior borrowers, age 62 and older. I have over 18 years of experience in direct mortgage lending and have also dedicated much of my time to the care and management of the lives of many senior citizens. It is with that experience and the compassion that develops from that service that I move forward and challenge myself every day to strive to be the best mortgage banker I can be.
