I specialize in residential properties on Cape Cod, MA, including first and second single family homes as well as condominiums. My office is located in Falmouth, but I represent the entire Cape.

About Me:

After a 37 year career as a teacher, coach, and non-profit executive, I retired as the President/CEO of the YMCA of Greater Springfield (MA) in January 2007, and my wife Mary Beth and I moved on a fulltime basis to our summer home in Falmouth, MA. Having a lifelong interest in real estate, I decided to employ the transferrable skills that I developed over 25 years as a non-profit CEO (marketing, networking, negotiation, property management and construction, financial planning, community development, and people management) as a real estate professional.

I chose to affiliate with Century21 because of its international name recognition, advanced technology, and extensive training programs. These items, combined with my own personal background, experience and talent for working with people from all backgrounds, allow me to provide quality service to both buyers and sellers.

Areas of Specialization

Cape Cod Condominiums, vacation homes in all price ranges, and working with first-time homebuyers are my primary areas of interest and specialization. Even though the market is slow at the present time, babyboomers nearing retirement age are looking to the Cape as a weekend retreat now and a possible retirement home in the future.
