After owning iStagehomes.com since 2004, I have been invited to join the Welcome Home Staging team based in Roseville. It is with much excitement that I make this business move!

About Us

I am the owner of www.iStageHomes.com and for over 7 years I have been staging homes in the greater Sacramento area.I got into the business to help my husband Allen Zarou, of Coldwell Banker, with his residential listings. From there the word spread and my business has grown tremendously. I have worked with hundreds of clients and realtors and helped their homes sell quicker and for money had they not been staged. I am an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) trained by the person who invented Staging in the 1970's, Barb Schwarz. 2007 was an amazing year with much growth as the market declined the need for staging increased.

Early this year I was gaining many new clients, builders, homeowners etc. and was in the need of some help. I ran into Dawna Johnson, a fellow stager and owner of Sacramento Staging Solutions, and asked if she could help me with some jobs. We liked working together so much that we have decided to bring our talents together and form the "WOW" Factor Home Staging Team. Whenever homeowners or realtors came to see our work the word that kept coming out of their mouths was "WOW". They loved how we combine our love of art and decorating into a masterpiece in a home. Whenever you work with a stager it is important to make sure that they can deliver the "WOW" to the home. We have "restaged" homes for clients because the stager they hired didn't do enough. We tend to ensure that the home look so good that people want to come see it.

Dawna and I have worked with realtors, developers, homeowners, and "flippers". Whether it be a 9,000 sq. ft. mansion or a 950 sq. ft. bungalow, Dawna and I have done it. We have acquired over 2,000 sq. ft. of accessories and we keep adding to our furniture inventory. We also have a connection for renting Tuscan style upscale furniture for custom homes.
