One of the greatest gifts in life is to be able to do a job you love!  Home Staging and Room ReDesign is the creative side of my personality.   I have always been a portrait artist since the age of 12 but always to busy to enjoy that side of my life.  Work, children and life just seemed to get in the way of doing what I love to do.  After going to school to get my degree in Design and Art,  I never did anything with my degree.   I started work in the construction industry as a bookkeeper and have stayed there most of my adult life.  After all I had two children to support and it was never the right time to venture out in a new career.  Although decorating and helping others to remodel thier homes was such a pleasure and to hear everyone  say you should do this for a living, made me at this stage of life to go for it.  I have a wonderful fiance who is standing by me as I start this process.  So far I am having a great time and Agents are starting to accept the idea of Home Staging and the benefits it provides for them.

From the time you step onto a property and see the potential of the property, the more exciting it becomes.   To have the ability to change a sign from for sell to sold is simply exciting.  To help motivate the agent and homeowner in a sluggish market that it is possible to get this house sold quickly with some strategies and a decorating sense is not only rewarding financially for everyone, but simply rewarding to the soul.  A walk through thats gets everyone excited about changes that are sometimes such simple ideas makes for a warm and inviting house that will welcomes potential buyers is a gift to all involved.  Cookie cutter houses need more than cookies baking in the oven.  The house on the market must be different than the others in the neighborhood.  To have a professional come in is a great marketing tool for the Real Estate Agent and can make the difference in a house selling quickly and perhaps over the asking price.
