About Us:

I am third generation Japanese-American. I look different than most Japanese because my ancestry is Okinawan. Okinawa is the most southern island in Japan and a long time ago they had there own language and music and is the origin for Japanese karate. I was born and raised in Los Angeles.

I have been a Full Time Residential Real Estate Loan Officer since 1992.

My Loan officer journey started in 1987.  I needed to refinance my mortgage from 13.75% to 9% because I was getting divorced. I have worked for many great mortgage companies; Plaza Home Mortgage, First California Mortgage. Weyerhaeuser Mortgage, Great Western Bank and Crestwood Mortgage.

I love to take first time homebuyers step by step through the process of financing their first home. I have helped many families attain FHA, VA, CALVET, PERS, STRS, CALHFA, Conforming and Jumbo mortgages.

VA Home Buyers

I am a Veteran. I was in the US Air Force from 1971 to 1974. It is an honor for me to help Veterans attain home ownership with Zero Down Payment. If the Seller agrees to pay for closing costs, the Veteran can purchase a home with No Down Payment and No Closing Costs!! 2009, the VA Loan Limit for Los Angeles and Orange County will be $625,5000.

Foreign Buyers

I enjoy working with foreign borrowers that DO NOT have a Social Security Number. Foreign borrowers that want to purchase a second home now have to purchase with cash only.

I enjoy working with Senior 62 and over to provide Reverse Mortgages. I love to sit down and explain everything in plain English!

Public Speaking:

I enjoy pubic speaking. I love to conduct, "First Time Homebuyer Seminars" I continue to conduct, "How to Purchase Investment Property Seminars." I also conduct "Reverse Mortgage Seminars."

Coaching & Facilitating

The book, "Rich Dad, Poor Dad," and "The Cashflow Quadrant," by Robert Kiyosaki are two of my favorite books. Loral Langemier, Robert Kiyosaki's top mentored student trained me to be a certified facilitator for the board game, "Cashflow 101 & 202".

 

 

 

 

 

 

I met Robert Kiyosaki the weekend before September 11, 2001. He gave us a seminar that truly showed us who leaders and heroes really are. I will never forget that training. 

In 1997, I met Lisa Nichols. She told me that she wanted to be a motivational speaker. I told her the training at Income Builders International which is now called CEOSPACE and the people that come would help her develop her dream. I am a graduate of this entrepreneur group.

Lisa developed a company called Motivating the Team Spirit. Her mission became Stopping Teen Suicide. Lisa has helped many teens to not commit suicide and others to turn their energies from negative to positive.

Lisa is the author of, "Chicken Soup for the African-American Soul" and is one of the teachers in the DVD, "The Secret."
