The Colorado western slope has so much to offer.  It is a paradise for outdoor activities.  We are located in one of the states best trophy hunting areas which is also great for big game viewing for those who don't hunt.  There are lots of lakes and rivers for fishing and boating activities.  It is a bicyclist dream come true and for ATV riders a land of fun and adventure.  Of course there is the very elite ski area Telluride within just a few miles for what many would call the very best skiing and snowboarding in the country.  With pristine runs and no lift lines or crowds it is a world wide desire to be able to ski here. Or just sit and relax in one of many hot springs and enjoy breathtaking views no matter which one you choose.

The first thing I noticed when I moved to Montrose was how friendly the people are here.  Anywhere you go, you will be greeted with a big smile and warm welcome.  It is the perfect combination of a great place to raise a wonderful family and enjoy the small town atmosphere of peace and safety.
