About Us:

I have been a Realtor for 10 years.  My Father has been a realtor for 30.  Why mention my father you ask?  I grew up listening to Real Estate stories.  My first word was not mama or papa.  It was FHA.  This is not a hobbie or just a career for me.  It is a way of life.  Most of my business comes from referrals. Last year I ranked #5 out of 1800 agents and 25 offices throughout Southern California.  Most of my comissions go right back into my business.  I have my own moving truck for clients to use, My own magazine with a distribution of 30,000, 5 assistants and many systems and associations that aid me in selling and buying Real Estate.

Areas of Expertise

I service all of southern California!  I specialize in Residential Sales, both first time home buyers and resales.  But what I love the most is residential income properties.  If you are looking for units, I am you man.  If I wouldn't buy it I won't sell it.
