About Us:

Having been in the real estate market since 2004, I have seen both ends of the market spectrum.  While many other agents joined real estate from 2003 thorugh 2005, today's challenging market has caused many of them to move on to "real jobs." 

I chose to remain in real estate because I am very confident in my abilities to serve my clients with honesty, integrity, and an uncommon expertise in the local real estate market.   

I have extensive experience in low-pressure, consultations with clients, having been in commission-only positions since 1999.  Since day one, I have followed the rule that when I do what is in the best interests of my client, I earn a client for life.

And doing the right thing for my clients is really what real estate is all about.

I have worked very hard in carving out a niche working with investors of all kinds.  While I do actively market properties for sale, I also take great pride in finding the best deals for buyers.  Today's real estate market is very challenging for most sellers, and with the extremely high number of foreclosures and short sales,  many would-be sellers are choosing to hold onto their properties and ride out this tough market.

I have extensive experience in the world of residential investment properties.  Since every purchase is an investment, I consult with all of my clients on potential for future appreciation in specific neighborhoods and what EXACTLY to look for in properties they are purchasing.  Every neighborhood has its differences, whether it be in tax-base, extra fees, turn-over ratios or overall desireability.  My first job is to get you the best information so that you can make the best decision.  My second job is to negotiate the best deal and make things happen.

And that is how I have thrived in today's market, and how I plan to excel in the coming years.
