Real Estate Resume
Since moving can be stressful, whether across town or across the country, people that use my real estate services find my personal experience makes the event smoother. As former Active Duty Navy I have moved more times than I can count and the moves have been under many different circumstances: Government funded, personally funded, packed by professionals so I didn't lift a finger, packed by me where I did EVERYTHING, across town, across the country, even from Japan and the Philippine Islands to the United States. After awhile we get good at what we do and I have definitely done more moves than I care to recount. My clients get this experience and insight as part of my services.
In addition, I have more than a decade of real estate experience in sales, investing, and property management. A degree in Business Administration and even more education through extensive reading (I'm a knowledge freak).
My priorities in life greatly impact my service to others and are non-negotiable priorities. They are: 1.) God, 2.) Family, 3.) Real Estate Business, 4.) Hobbies. I'm fortunate that my real estate business in also my hobby so they are an even tie and go hand-in-hand.

My personal expertise and specialty is in listing homes for sale. When my wife and I started our real estate journey we built it on the concept that the Internet would be the model of the future...and it has become just that. With the Internet in mind we built our team around the concept (and now our slogan) "Superior Online Marketing!"
Because we have created a great online environment for our potential clients the sellers benefit from having their home exposed with many, many photos and detailed, well-though-out descriptions that paint a picture to potential buyers. This has created an environment where our sellers get the money their home demands and it happens in a proper timeframe.
Buyers also benefit from our strategy because we have created an online environment where they can see home, after home presented the way they really demand...lots of photos and great details. They get more than a few homes with one (or NO) picture accompanied by two short sentences that fail to describe anything. Our buyers get the information and views they really want and then can work with an agent from our office that specializes in working with buyers. Although I also work with buyers, my target market for my personal marketing dollars is to reach sellers that desire our quality services.
