Home Staging
For more than 20 years I've helped people with home décor selections, furniture placement, color selection and Real Estate Home Staging . My previous corporate management career, combined with my experience as an investment property owner, is an added value to my clients. I look beyond just the aesthetics to help them see the bigger picture. This broad experience & knowledge -- and the grace of God -- led me into a home staging and interior redecorating career when I founded Ballantyne Home Staging +more.
We create real rooms for real people at Ballantyne Home Staging, a licensed and insured Home Staging and Redecorating company. As a Certfied Color Consultant CfYH®, Accredited Staging Professional® and Certified Decorating Professional®, I bring my passion, training, and hands-on experience to every job big or small: Home Staging consultations, Color consultations, Redesign Consultations, One Day Makeovers, and More.
When it comes to Home Staging, our goal is to get the property under contract quickly at a good price.
It's that simple.
We offer Home Staging Consultations and will Stage vacant and owner-occupied houses. All vacant home quotes are considered bids and are no charge.
If the homeowner needs help with anything -- from house cleaning, painting, landscaping, countertop, flooring to handyman services or more -- we can make recommendations to a team of professionals that we know, like and trust!

Ballantyne Home Staging serves the Charlotte market including Waxhaw - Marvin - Gastonia - Belmont - Indian Land - Indian Trail - Mint Hill - Lake Wylie - Lake Norman - Concord - Harrisburg. About Me
Having grown up in the Midwest, #5 of six children, I'm thankful to my parents for instilling a positive outlook on life & a strong work ethic in me. I learned to be creative, negotiate and manage life with integrity largely because of my upbringing! Today, I have a loving husband, three grown sons that I am so proud of, and three grandchildren, too!
I enjoy a good book to relax, and just about anything outdoors: camping, hiking, the mountains, the beaches.
