Testimonials

Dear Carol,
In the rush of signing and closing, I forgot to properly thank you for being such a wonderful realtor!  Realtors in general work very hard, but you have been outstanding!  I would recommend you to anyone interested in Wenatchee real estate.
                                                                                   -K Jarrett (southern California investor)

I met Carol through a phone call regarding one of her listings.  She was instantly available for a showing of the property and within a few days had a very thorough market analysis done on our home with many options available.  The whole idea of selling our home and purchasing a new home was a very intimidating prospect, but she has walked us through the process with written documentation, concern for our feelings, great listening skills and a whole bunch of laughs.  We are now enjoying looking at properties for our next home.  She listens to our needs, has not tried to sell us the first house we see, and always answers our phone calls and e-mails very quickly.  I’ve also been impressed with how Carol keeps a keen eye out for houses that might work for us and she remembers the things that we are looking for in our next home.  Even when there are no properties available, she checks in to see if we need any listing sheets or if we have any questions.  I know that Carol and our family will have a life long friendship, and who would of thought that could be established by looking for a home?     Our world is definitely better with Carol in it!                                                                                               - Shelley Granger

If I only had one word to describe my Wenatchee home buying experience with Carol Williams, it would be "IMPRESSED"!   Over the years I have bought and sold a few homes, utilizing different realtors, but none of these experiences were actually pleasant; most could be categorized as stressful.  Carol took my unique and somewhat complex situation, and quickly surmised the best plan for me.  My purchase involved a transfer with the government.  She eagerly took the relocation information I provided her and digested it to help me better make decisions.  Besides Carol's incredible and obvious level of knowledge and experience in the Wenatchee real estate market, I particularly enjoy her wonderful sense of humor; non-judgemental viewpoints; and desire to fit me with the best home for my wants and needs.   I have never had a realtor advise me that it might be best to "wait a few months" and to lease while I took care of some business I needed to first.   Though this advice may have cost her a sale and $$$, in reality, she gained my loyalty as a customer.  I am one who appreciates direct honesty and caring for people.   Carol is one of those special individuals who truly looks out for others.   It is hard to keep her just as a business associate, as when she laughs with you and she so quickly becomes a friend.  When I relocate with the government in the future, I will absolutely use Carol as my Realtor again; it just makes good business sense!!                                                         - Debbie Perry

I have known Carol for about 9 years.   We met when my husband and I were looking to change homes and wandered in to one of her open houses.  We just clicked – Right there and then.   I searched for houses for months after that and then stumbled across the perfect home.   When it came time to make a bid, and although I didn’t actually have a realtor, I still mentioned Carol’s name and asked if she’d close the deal for us.   She helped us sell our home quickly and made the transition smooth and painless.  We still keep in close contact through email and personal interests.   Carol is one of the most honest and caring people I have ever met.   She loves to be a part of our community and truly enjoys people.  She can travel and share and still be only a phone call or an e-mail away.   I love the way she has kept in touch with me through the years and I love that she, and her husband, Max, never miss driving by ourhome's Christmas display each December.   Carol is a true friend, someone I can trust and someone in our small community who I look up to.   Have you ever met someone and felt like you’ve known them forever?   Well- Then you must have met Carol.                                                                                          - Katrina Blaufuss

Dear Carol,
You went above and beyond the agreement we had with the sale of my house (at Three Lakes).  You quickly helped me resolve a touchy situation with a prospective seller and her attorneys.   Although you were away on vacation, you held my hand with each step of the sale of my home and the purchase of my condo.  You kept in contact with me better  than if I had an agent here in town.  If there is a next time to sell my home, you are the one who will be the agent.     Thank you!

Carol Williams has been our Realtor since I purchased my first home in 1994.  It was a time consuming process as I was on my own and had difficulty qualifying for anything that my mind's eye wished to reside in.  Through this traumatic process she stood by me.  I had foot surgery that month and couldn't get around well.  Slowly and patiently, she helped me slog through open houses, not so open houses, and some houses that shouldn't be open, constantly searching for the perfect little house in my price range.  She was always so excited about the next little bungalow she'd discovered.   Carol helped me keep my chin up and FINALLY the little house of my dreams was found.  A little two story number with a basement for my two little kittens to play in.
When I married in 1995 she assisted my husband in selling his house so we could buy a larger one to accommodate two households full of furniture and four cats.  My husband enjoyed working with her. She immediately became friends with him and almost part of the family.  When we were planning to sell, she went through the house with us to show us how to make it "more marketable", put away the knick knacks, paint and all those little things to help sell a house.  She was very helpful.   She was there on a moments notice to discuss a new offer.  We sold that house in approximately one month.  While in the process of selling and purchasing, she was once again there to introduce us to all the places she had discovered in our price range.  (Fortunately I could walk this time.)  She really did her homework and researched each possibility.   We were interested in good schools and a good and quiet neighborhood where we felt my husband's son would be safe.  When it came down to a decision between two houses, we all sat down to figure out the pros and cons of each home.  Though the home we chose would allow her only a scant commission, she felt we made the right decision and was right there beside us through the whole process.
Finally, in 2003, I sold the precious little house I had purchased in 1994.  It had been used as a rental since I married in 1995.  It was sad, but she was there for me to cry on her shoulder.  Once again, Carol Williams stepped in to assist with the possibilities of making this little house marketable.  With her knowledge and assistance, it sold in about a month.  I couldn't have done it without her.
Through all of our Wenatchee home sales and purchases Carol has been thorough in her research, helpful in advice, and efficient in providing offers and very professional.  Above all, she has been kind and thoughtful and continues to be one of my best friends.                                                                 - Carrie Shirk

I am Carol's brother, Clair.  Yes, we fought like sisters and brothers do when we were kids.  Yes, we still have our disagreements, but  I can certainly say  Carol is one of the most excellent salepeople you could ever have.  She listens to your goals and achieves the best results you will get anywhere, anytime.   She is also very honest.  Incidentally , I'm not in real estate.  I'm a biologist and ecologist.
