Known as the Hill City, Lynchburg is located in Central Virginia, along the banks of the James River with the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains as a backdrop. We enjoy four seasons and a mild climate. Lynchburg is the fifth largest Metropolitan Statistical Area in Virgina and was recently ranked #71 out of the top 100 places to do business in the country. With several colleges and universities including Lynchburg College and Liberty University, there is an abundance of continuing education opportunities.

Lynchburg has a rich history and is surrounded by Amherst, Appomattox, Bedford County and Campbell County: You'll never run out of interesting things to do! Thomas Jefferson's summer home Poplar Forest is located in Bedford County, the Old City Cemetery features several museums and Confederate and slave & free african american burial grounds. Less than 30 minutes away are the Civil War Surrender Grounds at Appomattox Court House. The city of Bedford suffered the worst losses per capita on D-Day and the National D-Day Memorial is located 20 minutes west in city in Bedford.

Testimonials

Debbie,

I must admit, you have been one of the best real estate agents I have ever encountered.  I have yet to experience a real estate agent that provide the amount of feedback and status of the ongoing process.  The last real estate agent I had, we had to contact constantly just to know what's going on.

Thanks once again for being such a good sport.  You are making it a smooooother process.

Craig

Real estate investing can be a little scary at times, which is why we are so thankful for the guidance and support thay you've been so willing to provide. Thanks for all of your encouragement and help over this past year. - M. & K. Durand

Debbie, You are terrific. Thanks for helping me find a new home. I look forward to maintaining a life long relationship with you and your family. From one northerner to another. - K. Williams

You know I will ALWAYS recommend you if anyone asks, Debbie.  I truly
appreciate all the hard work you did for me - and so professionally. Thank you. -B. McKenna

Debbie went above and beyond to help us find property. She was very helpful where it came to the small details that we were not familiar with and she was very patient during the whole purchase. - R. & M. Melcher
