Hi to everyone from Carrie and Kathy Sampron. We're Realtor's, and sisters, 'Sampron Sisters', working for Home Real Estate in the Denver metro area, and specializing in Highlands Ranch.
We moved to Colorado in 1983 when Carrie was 20 and Kathy 18 and have spent far more time here then in New York where we were born or California where we grew up.
Carrie lives in Morrison, Colorado the home of the Red Rocks Ampitheatre. Morrison is located in Jefferson County where Carrie has lived since 1983.
Kathy has lived in Highlands Ranch since 1988.
We both come from a background of public service. Carrie worked for the City of Lakewood Colorado for 22 years in their Municipal Court, the last 12 as the Chief Court Clerk managing the Court Clerk's office. Kathy spent 10 years working for the Lakewood Colorado Police Department and 10 years working for the Littleton Colorado Fire Department running their offices and keeping the police and fire fighters in line!! We chose a career in Real Estate several years ago and find that the many and varied skills we learned serving the public translate well to this business.
In 2009 Carrie achieved two designations. First she became an ABR or Accredited Buyer's Representative. Then she pursued and achieved her SRF or Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource designation. Both courses were fantastic and Carrie's delighted she can add these designations to our business.
