Here are some of the products we offer for all our Jumbo, Super & Mega Jumbo Loans.
- Fixed Term ARMs - 3 to 7 years fixed interest rate with fully amortized or interest only payments.

- Interest Only Mortgages - We offer interest only payment on all our loan program. It allows you the borrower more flexibility on monthly payments due to the size of the loan.
- Option ARMs - This one of our more popular loan programs because it allows the borrower more flexibility every month on wether they want to pay a minimum amount up to the fully amortized payment.
- Pledged Asset Mortgages - You will be able to borrow upto a 100% of the value of your home or the purchase price with no MI. This loan is pledge again your other asset which means you would not need to touch your assets keeping them were there are getting you better returns.
- Structured Mortgages - 100% financing without pledged assets For loan sizes over $25mil only.

If you are currently facing a foreclosure for what ever reason we have portfolio lender back by attorney's who will stop your lender in their track and refinance you into a better situation. This is how the program works.
- 80% Loan to Value -We only lend up to 80% of the sale value of the property if you owe more than 80% the attorney will come in a negotiate a short refinance with your lender so that we will still be able to refinance you in your new loan.

- Interest Reserve for one year - To help you get back on your feet we build in at least 1 yrs payment so that you can use your income to payoff debt and build up your reserves so that you can refinance in FHA or regular Conventional loan with in 1yr.
- You must a have Solid exit strategy - You must have a solid plan of how you will be able to refinance and afford your mortgage with in 1yr.
