We met while working for a local real estate company, and realizing our personalities and goals meshed well joined together and established Castellum Realty LLC. in October 2005, focusing mostly on real estate in Lancaster County. In addition to being licensed realtors, SRES/Senior Real Estate Certified, each one of us has unique expertise. Everard, due to many years in the international corporate world has a multitude of negotiation skills and relocation experience. Nathan's experience as a restaurant manager (he owned the former Discovery Bin) gave him keen people skills, and he also specializes in a variety of financing programs. More...

THE TASK OF THE REALTOR

  7. We will be with our clients at the settlement table and will make sure everything is executed as agreed upon.
  8. We will be available for our clients during the selling or buying process.
  9. We will keep in regular contact with our clients during the entire purchasing process and beyond.
