When you work with me, you will get a comprehensive buyer/seller transaction consultation. You will be able to tell me what your needs and expectations are so that we're both sure we want to work together. You will get to know the lenders that I know and trust. You will never be shown a home that you can't afford because your pre-approval will be the first step. That way, you'll only be seeing homes that fit your terms and budget.
Once your buying or selling project is underway, you will get periodic updates as to where we are and what your next step needs to be, so you're not left wondering. You want you to be confident about the agent you choose to represent you during this transaction. Its my goal to take the fear out of buying or selling your home.
Areas of Expertise
I am a real estate professional who has been licensed since 2001. I had a burgeoning real estate practice until early 2003, when I deployed with the Army Reserve in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom for 15 months. I jumped back into real estate in 2005. Since I entered (and re-entered) the business, most of my clients have been first-time homebuyers.
I am an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) a designation that is awarded to only 2% of all Realtors® nationwide.
I am also a member of the Council of Residential Specialists and I am on my way to achieving the coveted Certified Residential Specialist designation. CRS is an organization dedicated to providing education, experience and knowledge to its members-- those who primarily sell residential real estate. CRS members comprise just 4 percent of all REALTORS®.
CRS members can take CRS Courses throughout the U.S. and abroad that result in the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation - the highest and most rigorous professional residential designation available to REALTORS®.
I am a member of CRS because I am always seeking better ways to serve my customers. I am on my way to achieving the CRS Designation. As a member of CRS, I get professional support as well as timely and practical information on how to be a better residential sales agent for you.
