About Us:

Cat Mandell, mother of a teenage son (funny how I think that should speak volumes!), wife and owner/partner of SA Lenders, LLC.  Master multi-tasker with the ability to jump into any part of the loan process and make things happen.  Knowledge is power so staying on top of our ever-changing guidelines and keeping everyone in the loop (borrowers, realtors, underwriters, etc.) is the key to success.  Every loan equals a home and I never forget the importance, stress factor and joy of that situation.
