I am a member of ASHI ( The American Society of Home Inspectors ) I am certified by the State of PA to perform Radon testing and the Inspection of buildings for Wood Destroying Insects. I am a member of PSMA ( The PA Septage Management Association ), and I use their guidelines when evaluating on-site waste water systems. I have over 15 years experience in the construction and repair of homes in Central PA. I have had 20 years management experience, including oversight of several manufacturing plants.
